The Opportunity
LGC is searching for an exceptional Vice President of Programs and Civic Engagement to lead LGC’s Signature Leadership Program and Burnham Fellowship, while working to engage the passionate LGC Fellowship community of more than 1,500 leaders. The Vice President will also play a key role in partnering with the Leadership Fellows Association (LFA), a representative committee of Fellows from each class year responsible for continued Fellow engagement.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President will lead overall curriculum, operations, program quality, relationship management, and event logistics responsibilities for all Leadership Greater Chicago’s Programs. In partnership with the CEO and the Board, this leader will be expected to guide and manage the selection process for the Signature Fellows Program. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading the LGC Program Staff in the continued development of best-in-class services and will be a catalyst for inspiring a culture of transformation among the LGC Fellows.
